This hat is called as Fes in Turkish and was used end of 18th century.

By foundation of new modern republic at 1923, it was left and modern hats is began to use.

This is a custom order and its red is a special red which is called "Fes Kırmızısı", means "Fez Red".

I think this hat is still used at northern Africa but near future it will be forgotten.
